Post-Treatment and Healing

Video Explanation

During the First Day

  • Oily Skin: Clean the skin every 30 minutes during the first 3 hours (a total of 6 times) after the procedure using a damp cotton pad (with clean bottled water) and wash your eyebrows before each cleaning.

  • Dry Skin: Clean the skin every hour during the first 3 hours (a total of 3 times) after the procedure using a damp cotton pad (with clean bottled water) and wash your hands before each cleaning.

  • After the LAST cleaning: Apply a thin layer of healing ointment (Eucerin Aquaphor).

  • Oily Skin: Wash before bed with warm water, gently removing lymph, pat dry, and apply a thin layer of ointment.

  • Dry Skin: If there is no visible lymph on the surface, there’s no need to wash the skin. Just ensure it is moisturized before bed by applying a thin layer of ointment.

Day 2

  • If you still see lymph in the morning, wash once more, pat dry, and apply a thin layer of ointment.
  • If there is no lymph, simply keep your eyebrows hydrated with ointment as needed. This means applying ointment only when the skin feels dry.

During the First 10 Days

The healing process and duration vary for each person. Follow these recommendations:

  • Apply ointment whenever the skin still has scabs, and even after, to help regenerate the skin faster and better.
  • Do not use makeup, cosmetic products, or any cream in the treated area (except the healing cream).
  • Avoid saunas, swimming pools, beaches, or tanning.
  • Avoid facial treatments involving massage or steam.
  • Do not touch the treated area. It’s normal to feel itchiness, but do NOT SCRATCH at all.
  • DO NOT PEEL or remove scabs, as this may cause scarring.
  • Avoid alcohol consumption.
  • Avoid excessive sweating.
  • Avoid smoking, as it affects pigment color.

During the First 4 Weeks

  • Avoid exposure to sunlight or tanning salons.
  • Avoid chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and creams containing acids or ingredients that lighten or exfoliate the skin.
  • Always avoid laser treatments (Fraxel, Laser, IPL) on the treated area, as these can destroy the pigment and cause burns.
